Found this gem of a small brewery just on the other side of gaspe right up the hill.
The outdoor seating was great and the selection of beers on tap are enough to make anyone happy.
The bottles to take away were also amazing.
If you like sour beer you have to try the blood orange. Not too tart and just enough of a hint of orange thats not overpowering.
The altbier was great too.
Limited menu but great beers. Friendly staff, easy to talk with in either national language.
Food was good with that 'made for you' touch that is much appreciated by someone who travels a lot.
Beer was okay, not highly impressed. The fish we ordered was good, but it was presented in the packaging instead of on a plate.

Would love to tell you about the beer but could not get service. Waited for 15 mins to get in because of Covid, no one's fault, but after I got sat waited for 15+ mins for the server who brought beer and food out to 4 tables who came in after us. Waved at server, he acknowledged us and then promptly did not bother coming over. Don't bother going, not worth the frustration.
Very quiet, beer was pretty good. Hefeweizen was excellent. Snacks are cheap but nothing special, they are just prepared foods that are unpacked by the bartender and brought to your table.

Great staff and honnest business However beer won't be there to please critics. They will improve I'm sure. Gaspésie has many breweries to learn from :). Good luck guys. Keep on doing and I hope to change my rating when I get back :)
Nice little spot with a good variety of beers and cool branding. Good choice for snacks. As for the beers, indeed, as they say, they specialize in sour beers. As for the others, the NEIPA was good, but the Pilsner was off, the Altbier was just ok. That being said, all others were good!
Fast service, good snacks, good beers, beautiful place.
